Stay on your toes.
集中しておこう。

Make an angle.
角度を作ろう。

Receive the ball with your back foot.
遠い方の足で受けよう。

Body shape.
身体の向き。

Get your head up.
顔を上げよう。

First touch.
ファーストタッチ。

Make a quick decision.
判断を早くしよう。

Look at the defender.
DFを見よう。

Look at the defender's centre of gravity.
DFの重心を見よう。

Play under two touches.
2タッチ以下でプレーしよう。

Nutties count as 10 passes, so add 10 to the pass count.
また抜きは10回のパスとしてパスカウントに足して。
