ドリブルの練習その4
Ok, next one is a dribbling exercise.
Great exercise for your close control.
What you have to do is....touch touch, touch touch, touch touch... to the side.
Same again.
Touch touch, touch touch...shift your body across yeah?
So, it's not like this...this... This is not good.
You have to shift your body across.
Obviously, the quicker you can do it...better for you.
